PERGANDE Research & Development Centre

We are currently building a pioneering Research & Development Centre (R&D Centre) at our location in Weißandt-Gölzau, where we will have the capacity to develop and upgrade all of the processes and systems we use.

The following R&D facilities were completed during the first expansion phase:

Complete filter testing system for use in measuring filter surface loads for dry and moist dust at raw gas temperatures of up to 280°C.  The system is equipped with a gravimetric clean-gas measuring unit, a filter dedusting test stand for testing dedusting pressure over the entire length of the hose and a comparison test rig for different filter dedusting processes.

Laboratory suspension concentrate system for testing and measurement of specified production parameters for suspensions.

A complete fluid-bed spray-granulation system for batch and continuous operations. The system is used to measure process parameters for large-scale systems and to check for conformity with specified formulas.

Several rotary granulation systems used to measure process parameters for large-scale systems and to check for conformity with specified formulas.
